GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

• All items discreetly packaged in a brown, unmarked package.
• UPS and Postal Shipment Label, shipped by " L.D LTD ." (No P.O. Boxes)
• Credit card charged as " L.D. LTD " for privacy on statement.
• Orders may be shipped up to 7 business days following our receipt of the order. All orders subject to availability from the manufacturer.
• Notification of product availability or backorder status provided. (email required)
• Orders will be filled according to availability, with back orders to follow at customer's request.
• Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location.
• You will receive an order confirmation email. A Tracking Number is available for Canadian orders only and may be requested in comment box during checkout.
• Email us if alternative shipping methods are needed.
• Military PO Box addresses using APO's are not accepted as a ship to address and will not be sent.
• All battery operated products are tested before being shipped to ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Lingerie items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.

TERMS OF SALE

This Terms of Sale Agreement (this "Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you and Love den Romantic Accessories Ltd. ("Love Den"), the owner and operator of the loveden.ca website (the "Site"). By ordering any product via the Site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted. This Agreement is intended to supplement the Website Terms And Conditions.

ORDERS - SALES TAX
You may place your order on our Site at any time (subject to any planned or unplanned periodic downtime) notice. With respect to taxes, no taxes are due in relation to gift cards purchased through the Site. The gift card holder will be charged applicable sales taxes when merchandise is purchased at Love Den and the gift card is used as tender. If other items are purchased from the Site that are subject to sales tax, Love Den will make customers aware of the tax amount due at the point of purchase within the shopping cart procedure.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Love Den, we believe that a business that provides erotic and sexual products must be built on trust and respect. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our objective is simple. We want you to be happy with your purchases and are happy to replace defective items that show no indication of water damage, corrosion or trauma. Because we always maintain strict attention to hygiene, no personal pleasure devices can be taken back for the purpose of reselling, therefore a ‘change of heart’ return cannot be accepted. Other than defective items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We check all electronic toys before they leave the store to ensure they are working properly. If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you purchase, simply bring or send it back to us in its original packaging, with the receipt. We will happily replace it with an identical item and credit you for shipping costs. If the toy you purchased has a longer warranty, we will gladly provide you the full customer support.

Intimate apparel:
Lingerie is a FINAL SALE unless defective from manufacturer.

PRICING - SHIPPING:

Prices offered on the site are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling which (if applicable) will be added on upon finalization within the shopping cart procedure. Sales taxes, if applicable, will be added to your total invoice price.

Order Status:
Once you place an order, Love Den will be diligent in packaging and shipping your items. Should certain items be unavailable an email explanation will be sent giving our customers options to cancel or wait for availability.
Tracking numbers may be requested through email.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND SHIPPING:

Gift certificates are available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations and may be requested through Love Den email link. All gift card orders will be sent via Canada Postal Service free of charge within Canada and may be mailed to someone other than the purchaser.

GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The certificate may be used at any time for either in-store or on-line purchases.
Purchases will be deducted from the certificate until the balance reaches zero.
The certificate is not redeemable or refundable for cash.
Lost or stolen certificates can be replaced within 6 months of purchase date as long as recipient’s full contact information has been registered in purchase email, and certificate has not been transferred to an undisclosed person. A Gift Certificate may be transferred if original purchaser notifies Love Den (by phone or email) with the name, phone number and email of intended recipient.
The gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase date. Gift Certificates may not be valid for use with anyone other than registered recipient. Any term or condition of the certificate is void where prohibited by law. PROTECT THIS CARD AND TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD CASH.
